This Privacy Policy explains how EDS Tech ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use Tik-o-Time ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Tik-o-Time is developed and operated by EDS Tech, a division of Eastern Design Studio, based in Assam, India.

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password (or a Google account identifier if you sign in with Google).
Time tracking data: All activity names, tracked time sessions, daily totals, segment logs, project names, project history, and settings you create within the App.
Device information: We may collect your device type and operating system version for debugging and compatibility purposes. We do not collect your device's advertising ID or IMEI.
We do not collect precise location data, contacts, call logs, SMS, or any other sensitive device data.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.
Firebase (Google LLC): We use Firebase Authentication for account sign-in and Firestore for cloud data storage. Your data is stored on Google's servers and governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to process Premium subscription payments via Google Play Billing. RevenueCat receives your app user ID and purchase receipt for verification. No payment card details are handled by us or RevenueCat — all billing is managed by Google Play.
Google Play Billing: Subscription payments are processed entirely by Google. We receive only a confirmation of your subscription status.
Your data is stored on Firebase's servers located in Google's cloud infrastructure. Data is retained for as long as your account is active.
If you delete your account, all your data — including cloud backups, account details, and tracking history — is permanently and irreversibly deleted within 7 days.
Locally cached data on your device is cleared when you sign out or uninstall the App.
All data in transit between the App and our servers is encrypted using TLS. Data at rest in Firestore is encrypted by Google. We enforce Firebase Security Rules so that only you can access your own data.
No security system is 100% impenetrable. We encourage you to use a strong password and not share your account credentials with anyone.
Tik-o-Time is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at edstech2026@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and, for material changes, notify you via an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules thereunder. Any disputes arising under this policy will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Assam, India.
