These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tik-o-Time ("the App"), developed by EDS Tech, a division of Eastern Design Studio, Assam, India. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tik-o-Time. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You may not share your account with others, impersonate any person, or create accounts for the purpose of abuse or spam. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Tik-o-Time offers a free plan with the following limitations:
Free plan features may change over time. We will provide reasonable notice of any reduction in free plan features.
Pricing (INR, inclusive of applicable taxes):
Monthly: ₹199 / month · Yearly: ₹1,499 / year · Lifetime: ₹3,499 one-time
Tik-o-Time Premium is available as a monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase, processed through Google Play Billing.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the Google Play Store under your account subscriptions.
A 7-day free trial may be offered for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancelling before the trial ends will not result in any charge.
Refund Policy: All purchases are processed by Google Play. Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy. We do not handle refunds directly. For refund requests, contact Google Play support.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination.
You retain full ownership of all data you create within the App — your activity names, tracked time, project details, and related content. We do not claim any rights over your data.
By using the cloud sync feature, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality. This licence ends when you delete your account.
All rights in the App — including its design, code, branding, icons, and content created by us — are owned by EDS Tech. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our express written permission.
The name "Tik-o-Time", the app icon, and associated branding are proprietary to EDS Tech.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any data shown in the App.
Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EDS Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App — including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you breach these Terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you via an in-app notice for material changes. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the App and delete your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Assam, India.
